Contextual modelling of surrounding spaces and relevant exterior areas, helping you understand scale, flow and how the key parts of your project relate to one another.

A guided VR session at your location, typically around two hours, giving you time to explore the design in detail and make live changes where appropriate.

High-quality 2D renders of the relevant spaces within your project scope, giving you polished images to revisit, compare and share after your VR session.

A video walkthrough of your finished virtual home, giving you an easy way to revisit the project and share the experience with family, friends or contractors.

Develop your design in Virtual Reality
Design Development can be added to any tier and is scoped and quoted separately, based on the level of design exploration involved.
Every project involves a degree of design input from us. As we build and explore your home, we’ll highlight opportunities, question things that may not work as well as they could, and help you make informed decisions along the way.

Design Development takes us beyond advising on your existing scheme. It gives us the scope to actively develop and visualise new ideas - whether that’s alternative layouts, different ways of using a space, or a completely new interior style. We enable you to experience and compare the possibilities before deciding which direction to take.

Discuss
We start with a conversation about your plans, what you want to explore and where our service can add the most value.

Agree
We define the areas to be modelled, the level of detail and any Design Development, then provide a fixed fee for the agreed scope. We’ll also confirm the drawings, references and style preferences we need from you.

Create
Using the agreed information, we build and prepare your project as an interactive, true-scale virtual experience ready for your session.
04
Experience
We visit you for a guided VR session, typically around two hours, so you can explore your future home at true scale, test ideas and refine the design together.
