PRICES
We charge a standard day rate of £350 for our services. Due to the size of our business, you do not need to pay VAT ontop of this day rate.
We will agree a fixed fee with you based of this day rate before starting any work and the balance will be due once you are happy with the work completed.

VR Showhome Demo and Consulation
Free | 2 hours
During this free session, you experience our VR showhome. This is the best and only way to appreciate how useful this tool can be. We will also discuss how we can help you with your project and give you an indication of costs.

Sketchup Model setup and VR walkthrough
~£700 | 2 days
The cost/time required for this stage will vary based of the size and complexity of your project, however for a house up to 300sqm we would expect this intial work to be completed within 2 days. It will also give you the opportunity to walk around your design for the first time. An up-to-date version of the Sketchup Model will always be available to you.

Iteration for Planning Permission
Project specific cost - £350/day
During this stage you will want to iterate the design numerous times but also have time to think over what you've done. We charge on a day rate basis but this will be divided into several short sessions where we work together to adjust the design live to try out different concepts and layouts. By the end of this phase you should be ready to submit for planning permission

Detailed Design
Project specific cost - £350/day
Now the layout is settled this is the time to start the detailed interior desgin work. We found it useful to do this phase ahead of and in conjunction with the Architect's detail design phase so that you can minimise late changes and mistakes. We can assist you with Interior Design if required as well.
